Our company is led by Jonathan Cardona, a telecommunications professional with more than 20 years of experience delivering wireless solutions at scale.

Before founding the company, Jonathan spent over two decades at T-Mobile, where he played a key role in supporting enterprise wireless solutions, large-scale implementations, and customer success initiatives. 

He worked closely with enterprise, government, mid-market, and SMB clients to design and deliver solutions that addressed complex operational and technical challenges.

Jonathan’s experience spans the full lifecycle of wireless solutions — from strategic sales support and solution design to hands-on implementation and nationwide deployment programs. He has led high-impact initiatives, including large-scale network migrations and complex solution rollouts across voice, data, SaaS, fleet management, and mobile device management platforms.

Known for his ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, Jonathan has built a reputation for driving alignment, solving problems, and delivering results. 

His collaborative approach brings together sales, engineering, and operations to ensure every project is executed with clarity and precision.
